Our Hassocks shop has a comfortable and welcoming environment with hot and cold drinks, light snacks and lunches available to eat in or take away.
Seating is available both inside and in our courtyard area with allocated space to park your bike for our cycling visitors (CCTV covered).
Late night events including live music from some top touring artists and open mic nights take place regularly.
The café is also licensed, stocking an excellent selection of beers and wines. -
Our new Uckfield Proper shop features an express pod style coffee station, but is primarily bike focused. The shop is quite literally wall to wall bikes.
If you are passing mid ride and fancy a quick caffeine fix, then please pop in, we are happy to store your bike in the shop, and we have a table appropriate for seating 2. Unfortunately we do not serve anything other than cold drinks and coffee in this shop. If you'd like more on the menu, then our Hassocks shop is well equipped!
Both our coffee shops are focused on providing a relaxing and friendly atmosphere, serving the finest coffee from our friends at Back Yard Coffee in Ditchling. Both shops have a range of snacks and cold drinks, with our Hassocks branch offerings a much more extensive choice of food and other hot drinks.
Hassocks also offers a great selection of wines from the 2021 Independent Wine Retailer of the Year, Butlers Wine Cellars, available to drink in or take away.
If you intend to visit with a large group, then we can’t wait to meet you. However, we would advise calling us in advance so we can prepare for a group arrival. Just give us a call!
